555rr Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 555rr platform and all associated services. By reading and accepting these Terms, the user enters into a binding agreement with 555rr.

1.1 Key Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the 555rr website, mobile application and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to each member's own registered profile.
• "Gaming Balance" refers to the combined total of funds deposited and winnings earned in an account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to funds received from promotional offers, which cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms take effect from the moment of registration on the 555rr platform. Creating an account or using any service on the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. Any user who does not agree with any part of these Terms is asked to refrain from using the platform's services.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To register and use services on the 555rr platform, a user must be at least 21 years of age. The platform may request necessary documents for age verification at any time. If someone creates an account on behalf of a minor, that account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete and up to date.
• Accounts must be created using the user's own identity; using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must be active and belong to the user.
• If multiple members of the same household create separate accounts, each account must use different contact details.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 555rr platform may request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents for identity verification at any time. If verification is not completed within the specified period, withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security

3.1 Password and Login Details

The user is solely responsible for their account password and login details. This information must not be shared with any third party. If there is reason to believe that account details have become known to someone else, the password must be changed immediately and the support team contacted.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

555rr is not responsible if a third party accesses or uses a user's account. If a user does not log out and another person uses that device to carry out transactions, those transactions will be considered valid.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 555rr platform is ৳500. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The payment method and account name used at the time of deposit must match.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank.

4.3 Fraud Prevention in Transactions

555rr reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction. Using the same payment method across multiple accounts, or transactions inconsistent with gaming activity, will be subject to investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on 555rr will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount, meaning a total wager of ৳37,500 is required for a ৳1,500 bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only funds earned after meeting the specified wagering requirements can be withdrawn.
• A promotional offer cannot be used more than once.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, the platform will determine which one must be completed first.
• Which games count towards bonus wagering and which do not will be stated in each offer's description.
• 555rr reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program Terms

The 555rr VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver and up to 0.8% at Gold. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Accuracy and Results

All game results on the 555rr platform are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and verifiable. Live casino games are operated directly from world-class studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, odds may change in real time. A bet is settled at the odds at which it was accepted; if odds change afterwards, the bet result will still be calculated using the original odds. If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Betting Limits

Maximum and minimum bet limits are set for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed in the game interface and 555rr reserves the right to change them at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Using coordinated bets or risk-free betting methods to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by accessing gaming software or hacking.
• Playing games through automated bots or scripts.
• Using another member's identity or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct illegal transactions through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive language towards other members or staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by the Platform

555rr may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Evidence of age limit violation.

8.2 Closure by the User

A user who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Eligible balances must be withdrawn following the proper process before the account is closed. Bonus balance will not be returned.

9 Responsible Gaming

555rr believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of problems. By following 555rr's Responsible Gaming guidelines, users can set deposit limits, session time limits and take temporary breaks. 11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Technical Disruptions

555rr is not liable for losses arising from a gaming session being interrupted due to internet connectivity issues, server downtime, third-party software errors or any other technical reason; however, bets from cancelled rounds will be refunded.

11.2 Third-Party Services

555rr is not directly liable for the failure of third-party payment gateways, game studios or other service providers connected to the platform. However, in such situations 555rr will make every effort to assist in reaching a resolution.
